Thanks man, appreciate that.
Update: Went in today and did shoulders. Highlights were I was able to get 55s again for some good reps on DB SP. Really trying to keep the weight up on everything despite being in a knee brace and not having full-body power so that whenever I get healthy I'm able to really start moving some weight. Should be able to get up to 70-80s on DB shoulder presses in the next 2-3 months as well! Hit back yesterday but it was a pretty "meh" session as I just did a few different pulldown variations to try getting the lats a good stretch. Going in to get scar tissue removed from my knee tomorrow and they're going to manipulate it to bend more. Hopefully it goes really well. Only minor risks are if he bends it too far there could be a bone break or it might tear my patella tendon, but those aren't likely, so I'm definitely positive going in that it'll turn out well. |

Thanks!
Update: Great news! Had my manipulation done on my knee today, and while going in I was hoping for 120 degrees of ROM as that would've been a solid improvement, of course in the back of my mind I was hoping for more. What do you know? Got lucky, and he was able to bend it all the way to my butt. So I've been using a machine called a CPM machine which is a highly beneficial machine for people recovering from manipulations/surgeries to prevent scar tissue reformation, promote synovial fluid movement to allow deportation of nutrients to damaged cartilage, and more. I've been getting the machine to 120 degrees which is the limit they have it set at, so very happy right now! Might even be squatting soon! ![]() Thanks for continuing to follow me guys, hopefully some fun things are ahead! |

Sorry for the lack of updates lately guys, here's a new video update from today:
Thanks. More update info: Knee manipulation results didn't go AS good as expected, I was excited that I would have full ROM back, but realistically not only was that probably not possible to gain 45-50 degrees of knee flexion from one manipulation (if they worked that great, everyone with knee injuries would get them lol), but what was done in the hospital the 2 days after my surgery, unfortunately, wasn't optimal, in my opinion. The hot female therapists I had in the hospital didn't really push me too much to keep great ROM going, and my doctor discussed how most people who keep the ROM he gets the first couple days end up keeping most of it before surgery. Well they didn't really push me (the therapists), so my ROM didn't improve as much as it COULD have IMO, but still has improved a decent bit. I go back to see my specialist/surgeon in a week though, and it should be interesting to see what he says. More than likely, I'll probably have to have another manipulation done. Which is kind of disappointing as it swells up your knee which hurts strength and, therefore, slows down me starting squatting, but at the same time I'll do whatever it takes to get healthy. |

Today's workout highlights:
Flat barbell bench: 175 x 3 175 x 1.5-2 Getting closer to returning to 185 lbs for reps. Need to return to that and move forward into 200+ lbs for reps. Form improved more today. Still somewhat dissatisfied with this tough, gotta get more weight on the bar. Incline DB: 45 x 10 45 x 10 Ez-Bar Curls: Worked up to 2 plates and a 5 lb plate on each side for 5-6 reps, a couple more forced reps Tricep pushdowns: Worked up to 60-70 lbs using a different handle than normal, felt good Youtube channel has been doing decent as well, so that's good. Only terrible thing is I spilt water on my digital camera this morning and now it won't start :S. Physical therapy has been going decent, got my stitches taken out yesterday, taking things to a new level/notch this month. Time to get healthy/swole. |

Got in and hit back today. Did DB Rows, lat pulldowns with a couple different grips, smith machine barbell rows with low weight, and a couple pullups lol. Just trying to do what I can until I get more stable walking-wise where I can move heavier weight, etc.
Thanks man, I'm hoping the camera starts working LOL. |
