OTK catchup: I know I havnt been logging in forever, i have to give it up for the consistent loggers because it is time consuming and lately ive been pressed for solid time. (working 10-13 hours every weekday, with little time to read some posts,comment a tad) Ive stopped cutting and about 5 weeks ago started a bulk, ruined the whole deal and mistook 'bulk' for 'eat like ****'. So i gained some mass, mostly bad stuff but did get a little muscle tissue in and got my lifts up. This week im going back on the diet i have used for cutting the past 3 months. From whole meals:200g pro, 100 carb, 30-40 fat. Ive also thrown in two protein shakes on top of that, one in the morning and one late evening with milk. Right now im sitting at 195ish with im guessing 10-11%. Ill caliper and get pictures tomorrow morning. Im too pumped from chest day to give an honest report Still following my STS layout from the past 2 years or so. I figured since im going to be sampling a recovery product.. its best to up volume and trigger more soreness! right?!? ...sure So i added/changed some stuff: Chest day i subbed out pecdec flys for decline hammerstrength machine. Backday and deadlifts have been killing my lower back lately, stopped going for 1rep maxes and staying at 5 rep minimum. Arms/shoulders have gone up in rep ranges, i figure the fasttwitch fibers are getting tore up from my compound movement days, so im shooting for pump type workouts on them now. Leg day gets the sore-ness layout... 10-12 sets of squats, all ass to grass, and varied rep ranges (from 1rep max to 10 reps to 1.5 minutes of nonstop squatting) _

Chest day today
Flat BB bench: wus 135 x 12 twice 225 x 12 275 x 7 315 x 3 275 x 5 225 x 10 incline DB bench 60 x 12 80 x 12 90 x 10 90 x 10 90 x 10 decline hammerstrength press 3 plates/side x 12 4 x 6 4 x 6 3 x 10 2 and a 25 x 10 cable flys: five sets of i never remember the weights, 10 rep range, fun times finishing off the pump Post workout shake time!!!!! Messed up and only took only one tablespoon of rehab with my 2 scoops ON100% whey. Noticed the label says two TBS, never going to underdose again LOL. It added a little more powered taste, nothing more water couldnt get rid of and still not a negative thing at all. Lets see tomorrow and the days to come on how it affects my recovery. anyone else notice..... IT SPARKLES!!!!!!
