Monday Chest and Biceps
Bench Press 135x2x12 185x12 225x10 245x8 275x5, 2 with pause Dropped the chains today and I am messing with a grip a little. I moved it in a bit, I have been benching really wide for a while and thought maybe it would help if I move it in on my rep day. Dumbbell Inline Press 60s x 12 80s x 10 100s x 4 found a weakness Barbell Curl 95x12 105x10 110x9 PR Pec Dec 100 x 10,10, 12 Chest was tired here Incline Curl Machine 80x12 120x10 150 x 8 PR, 6 Hammer Curl Bar 65x3x15 Good burn, less cheating than dumbbells I think I have figured out what I want to do with my chest workouts now, because I attempted to do floor presses today and it was just not happening after all this volume. Week 1 Bench Press and Incline Dumbbell press Week 2 Incline Bench Press and Floor Press This way I am doing a flat and an incline bench variation each week but I am able to add in the things I want. Overall today was still a very good workout.

Bench Session number 2
Speed Bench plus short light bands 155 x 10 sets x 3 reps Weight felt good, speed was good, but my chest was a little tired from this morning Did a few extra bicep curls and that was it. Good quick session

Tuesday Shoulders and Triceps
Seated Military Press 135x12 155x10 165x8 PR I really need to work on this exercise, it should be much higher Neutral Grip Shoulder Press 80x10 100x10 130x8 PR 150x4 shoulders got tired I like this movement, I did it on a machine and it felt very natural. Dip Machine 160x12 230x8 160x12 I like this machine but I think it is putting a lot of stress on my shoulders, I may have to use it less often Tricep Pushdown 100x15 130x12 150x 12, 14 Lateral Raises 27.5 x 10 32.5 x 10 35 x 10 PR Rear Lateral Raises 30s x 3 x 10 I got a really good pump in my shoulders and triceps today. My body is still adjusting to the high rep work for shoulders. This is a lot more pressing than I am used to. My pump fixx should be here today and I will test it out tomorrow for squats!

Wednesday Another Awesome Squat Day!!
Squat 5/3/1 375x5 425x3 475x5 PR!!! Half Squats 315x3 405x1 455xM I set the pins too low for this, but I did not feel like setting everything up again, so I just did it. This was close to parallel at the start. Deadlifts w/ chains 225x3 singles 315x5 singles A guy at the gym helped me with my form a bit, he fixed some minor things. My hips were coming up just a tiny bit and he made me aware of that and a couple other little things. Really nice guy, he deadlifted 565 at 165 pounds, and he also had a 500 squat at 165. Strong guy! AB Circuit 3 times Decline situps plus 35 x 20 Twist Machine x 20 Ab coaster x 20 Hyperextensions x 20 Also did a little grip work at the end. Great workout today, my squats felt really good. These heavy weights are starting to feel light on my back, I think the chains are very helpful. Started pump fixx today, it worked well. No crash at all and great energy.
