So this is what passes as a workout these days...
2 hour hike (cut several 2"-3" branches off tree blocking trail using 4" saw blade on my Swiss Army knife)
Loaded washer dryer into pickup
Loaded spin bike into pickup
Unloaded above into friend's house
Loaded off-road motorcycle into pickup
I will be in CO in 2 weeks with my gym set up! Cannot wait!
Dec 2013: 365 SQ, 275 BP and 415 DL.
Dec 2014: 500 SQ, 350 BP and 550 DL.
