meh i couldnt survive with out milk and its only like 2 cups and its within the calorie limit and it gives me some protein, i forgot to mention its skim milk

Hours Of Sleep: 8 Grade: B+; could have gone way harder Pre-Workout: 1 Scoop Whey + Banana + 20 oz water blended Warmup: Light cardio plus stretching BB Bench Press: warmup 100 x 12 Work sets: 115 x 10 120 x 8 135 x 7 PR!!! for reps +1 over previous best BB Incline Press: 105 x 10 115 x 6 100 x 10 DB Flyes (Only third time doing these, was focusin on form and getting the stretch): 20 x 10 20 x 8 25 x 8 DB Pull Overs: 40 x 8 45 x 6 (mom called mid set )40 x 10 Tricep Push Down(cable): 110 x 8 120 x 8 130 x 8 ( whole rack felt alpha )db overhead extension: 45 x 10 50 x 7 55 x 5 Post-workout: 1 scoop whey plus 20 oz skim milk notes: ran outta time my ride came to pick me up, i hate not having a car |
