Default routine evaluation and small changes

Monday
Bench Press-3x6-10
Squat-1x20
Barbell Rows-3x6-10
One Arm Laterals-2x8-15
Calf Raises-2x10-20
Db Curls-2x6-12
Abs

Wednesday
Deadlift-3x5
Seated Overhead Press-3x6-10
Romanian Deadlifts-3x6-10
Barbell Shrugs-2x6-15
CGBP-3x6-10
Side Bends-2x6-10
Abs

Friday
DB Bench Press-3x6-10
Squat-3x6-10
Lat Pulldown-3x6-10
Rear Laterals-2x8-15
Calf Raises-2x10-20
Barbell Curls-2x6-12
Abs


For Monday i need Some one arm lat videos to make sure im doing it right. Wednesday can i swap cgbp for Skullcrushers, and what can i sub for romanian deadlifts, should i just do a higher set of reg dead's, Now wednesday I need some vids for rear laterals,
.....Now that this is out the way is there any changes you guys see i should make as far as for a mass building routine

Do you have a place to do glute ham raises? I really like those and you can do them instead of RDLs

too start off..If I was going for a mass building routine, i would keep the CGBP and not switch it for skull crushers. I would also just do a higher set of deads instead of RDLs..doing squats/dead/squats is going to be alot of work on your lowerback

the key to glute hams is to keep your body rigid and straight..a big mistake that people do is flex at the hip and do more of a back extension
