MONDAY- BACK BICEPS
thanks to titan for the suggestions my back felt this workout..and feeling it today too RACK CHINS BW x 15 x 1 BW +20 x 12,10,10 lats were feeling these - BARBELL ROW 205 x 12 x 1 225 x 10 x 1 255 x 10 x 1..up from last week HS PULLDOWNS 3 sets of 10-12 RACK PULLS- below knee 315 x 10 x 1 365 x 10 x 1 365 x 8 x 1..much stronger than when i was doing these during DC training..thanks PUMP FIXX DB ROWS - big stretch at the bottom and brought weight towards my hips really felt my lats working 2 sets of 10-12 reps EZ BAR BICEP CURLS 3 sets of 10-12 MACHINE PREACHER CURLS FST-7 TUESDAY - CHEST/SHOULDERS/TRIS INCLINE BARBELL PRESS 205 x 12 x 1 225 x 12 x 1 strip set..235 x 8, 185 x 8, 135 x 6 FLAT DB PRESS 95 x 12 x 1 100 x 10 x 1 110 x 8 x 1 HS INCLINE - PL each side 2 PL x 12 x 1 2 PL + 25s x 10 x 1 High CABLE FLYES FST-7 HS Shoulder 2 sets of 10-12 DB Flys 3 sets of 10-12 Machine Dips 3 PL ea. side x 10-15 x 3 Single Arm Cable Pushdowns 2 sets of 10-15 reps Mainly focused on my chest today, and a little bit of volume for shoulders and tri's..i felt good today so i took advantage of it. SUPPLEMENTS: check out the logs AA- ANABOLIC REHAB AMS- PUMP FIXX

LYING LEG CURL 140 x 12 x 1 150 x 12 x 1 150 x 10 x 1 RDL 225 x 12 x 1 235 x 12 x 1 275 x 10 x 1 THURSDAY - SHOULDERS/TRAPS Military Press got away from the smith machine.. 135 x 15 x 1 155 x 12 x 1 185 x 10 x 1 185 x 8 x 1 DB Front Raise 3 sets of 10-12 reps HS Shoulder Press 3 sets of 10-12 DB Lateral Raise FST-7 Rear Pec Dec 4 sets of 10-12 BB Shrugs 5 sets of 10-12 with 225 all controlled reps
