My System Programming midterm has been moved up, and I need do some serious work on labs and assignments. I took too long on my Java lab on the weekend. ![]() September 26th, 2012 - Session#: 330 Squat 135x2, 225x2x4 Bench Press 135x2 185x5x3 205x5 Close Grip Bench Press 145bx3x5 Deadlift 135x1, 225x1, 315x1, 375x1x5 375x2 285x3x3 Pendlay Row 225x3x5 Face Pulls 50x10x2 Hammer Curls 30x10x2 Training Notes Good session. Deadlifts were light as hell. Now, time to get to work. Also, as it's been a long time since I did 531, I will be making a new log in the private section. Pendlay rows were different compared to the style I did over the summer. I don't think I ever videoed them, though my pendlay rows over the summer were sumo stance and no momentum (so very 'pure' row style) and my current Pendlay rows are conventional stance with an initial deadlift pull into the actual row (very explosive). -Aaron

Glad to see those deads feeling light.
For what's worth, I like the more explosive rows. How far upright are you getting? More than a couple inches?
