Good day. Getting back in the groove with these movements went well, and I realized just how tight my arms and shoulders are. I'm glad I had my tennis ball for rolling, I needed it.

come on bro, Klokov press will do wonders for your BTNPP weights. I'm hitting that 115 for triples on the Klokov press, and I think I'm good for ~205+ on BTNPP by now

Well, it does make sense, and some more strict pressing volume is definitely in order.

Just realized that shoulder & elbow issues started a while after I stopped band pull-a-parts, external rotations, and face pulls.

Training Notes
Great session. My deadlifts felt fast and easy, though I believe this was due to my lower back dominating the movement. This is probably because my hamstrings have been sort of sore and lazy all day. Also, I did my Glute Bridging earlier this morning than I normally do(30 minutes before leaving for the gym), and this probably could've helped if done later. Whatever, things went well.

Better get back after it.

That's good. You can always improve your form to make it less lower back dominant, but having uber lower back strength is never a bad thing.
