Thanks, but HERC410 's the one who has great GM strength. He's been doing them properly for a while longer than I have, and used them as a heavy movement before I did as well.

Muscle can cause issues with the lift as well. A little should bulk really makes a big difference on that lift as well as squats. He might switch over if he adds another 10-20 pounds. We'll see.
