In short: I pretty much still suck at lifting weights. Still need to learn a lot along with that I need to get much stronger. Been injured and still recovering right now (broken patella). But that wont hold me back. I'm training for strength but a nice physique is always welcome! 3...2...1...Go!

The alarm goes! Its time to get up! But its hard because I trained legs for the first time in 9 weeks. Standing up was hard already but the stairs is the real killer. Going for the first dump of the day made me realize I had to go down again to sit on the toilet! But this is softcore can you handle it!
Week 1 / Day #2
DL with DOMS isnt fun at all although it went good. Going for the sumo for a while hoping to add a few pounds on my DL

Week 1 / Day 4
Had the baddest session in weeks. Didnt slept at all last night. After the first exercise I was all wet from the sweat which I normally dont have.
Called it a day. Should have done sled drags and a sled push but I didnt have anything left in the tank. Time to up the vit C!
