Its big, hairy and probably smells II - Achilles Log
Havent been logging for a while but its always nice to get some feedback and keeping track of your own progress
In short: I pretty much still suck at lifting weights. Still need to learn a lot along with that I need to get much stronger. Been injured and still recovering right now (broken patella). But that wont hold me back. I'm training for strength but a nice physique is always welcome! 3...2...1...Go! |

The alarm goes! Its time to get up! But its hard because I trained legs for the first time in 9 weeks. Standing up was hard already but the stairs is the real killer. Going for the first dump of the day made me realize I had to go down again to sit on the toilet! But this is softcore can you handle it!

DL with DOMS isnt fun at all although it went good. Going for the sumo for a while hoping to add a few pounds on my DL |

Week 1 / Day 4
Had the baddest session in weeks. Didnt slept at all last night. After the first exercise I was all wet from the sweat which I normally dont have.
Called it a day. Should have done sled drags and a sled push but I didnt have anything left in the tank. Time to up the vit C! |
