trying out a new split with a lower volume style, have some weights to up but here goes.
chest and tri's Incline BB warm ups - 95x12, 115x12, 135x12 working sets - 225x8, 275x6, 185x15 (RP)x8 (RP)x6 Body Wgt Dips (cant find the damn dip belt) - x15(RP)x8 (RP)x8 DB flye - 65x10, 80x10 CGBP - 185x10, 205x8 SkullCrushers - 90x10, 90x10 Tricep Pressdowns - 150x15 (RP)x10 (RP)x8 edit: for those unaware. (RP) = Rest Pause. AND this split and exercise set up was given to me by Flex2019. (just to give credit where it's due) |

About the same as mine, when I am doing a split. I like doing biceps with shoulders. I'm strange that way.
