tuesday...we hit up another gym with our boy Luis...so some weights are different..especially the smith. thing felt like 35lbs instead of 2 and the friction was KILLER!!!

shoulders and biceps

smith should press (-10 pounds for the counterweight)
- 125x12, 175x10 (warm ups)
- 265x6, 265x5, 215x12 (RP)x8 (RP)x5

db lateral raise
- 30x12, 30x13 (RP)x8 (RP)x5

rear dealt flyes
- 45x15, 45x14

standing db curls
- 25x8, 35x8 (warm ups)
- 55x8, 55x8

rope hammers (we used a machine with double pulley so obviously we could lift more.)
- 140x15 (RP)x6 (RP)x4
- 150x12 (RP)x6 (RP)x5

lying cable curls (again on a double pulley cable machine..so more weight than usual)
- 140x15
- 150x15 (3 assisted)


tonight we worked the wheels!

Smith squats (-20 for the smight counterweight)
- 115x8, 185x8 (warm up)
- 275x10, 315x10, 335x8

Romanian deads
- 315x11x 365x7

seated squat press
- 990x12, 990x10

leg extensions (dropped weight so we could do 2 count holds)
- 130x10 (RP)x8 (RP)x5
- 130x11 (RP)x8 (RP)x5

seated leg curls (dropped weight for better/longer holds)
- 90x10 (RP)x5 (RP)x5
- 90x10 (RP)x5 (RP)x4
