@ Kyle - anytime..Anytime you would like to learn what it feels like to have you brain swimming in water, Let me know.. Lifting weights is one thing son, Fighting is another..Weights dont hit back. @ gasper - of corse..Hummble is good..I have done countless fights..Fought over seas...Fought in most clubs and bars..But that man would knock me the fk out. I hit very very hard..And can get hit very very hard..But that man hit me once and I actually forgot where I was at..Then I remembered and it was to late, I was choked LOL!

Note - I am sick of rowing the 120lbs Db's at 24hr fitness..Tomorrow, I will be rowing 140-150DB at the MMA gym..I would like to get my hands on 200lb DB and row those ****ers, 120's are cute but nothing beat when I was hitting 145db rows...Also will be attempting a 520 + Dead lift tomorrow.. Followed by 1-2 hours of Shooting drills, Lifting ****ers up and the big slam!
Diet for today - What I have had and soon to have 1) 25 gram protein shake 2) Post work out #1 - 25 gram protein shake with half a Banana 3)Post work out #2 - 25 gram protein shake with half a Banana 4) 2 hamburger patties and 2 egg whites 5) 1 large can of tuna and a cup of brown rice + 1 orange+ 2 egg whites 6) 1 normal can of tuna + 1 Cup Broc 7) Mixed fruit - Blue Berries, Straw berries, Water melon Woot! 1 to 2 greek yogurts. And I will be in Sleep Land

Tuesday, Was a long night..We lifted at Iron Works gym and then hit Chino MMA. Good times
Tuesday - Back/Traps 1) Dead Lift - did a few warm ups then hit 500 as usual, Hit 515, Shot for 520..Got it off the ground but couldnt lock it out =( 2) Bent Over DB Rows - Gonna need some 160-200lb DB soon 120x10 130x8 150x8 150x8 120x10 3) DB Shrugs - Ok, Need DB's that are heavy, Ugh..I was going to use the 150lbs ones but someone was using them and I got scared lol.. 90x12 100x12 105x12 110x12 115x12 120x12 3) Pull Ups 3x10 4) Wide Grips Lateral Pulls Downs 210x5x5 150x5x12 5) Close Grip Lateral Pull Down 120x3x12 6) Hyperextensions - 5x20 7) Cross Track - 1 mile as fast as we could, No slowing down Then we had out protein, talked sh1t and headed to chino MMA where we did 1-1/2 hours Sparring. went about 80 to 90 percent up top and 100% on the ground..I was sweating like a slave up in D-Bo's pigeon coupe
