Kman's Log: Beast Mode Activated
Alright, so here it is... My NEW Log.
The title says "Beast Mode Activated". Basically i just want to become a beast. Strong as ****, ripped as ****, big as ****. You get the point. Program This is really just my own creation, but it will draw from a lot from Chaos And Pain, Jwoods Program, and Westside -I'm Going to workout as often i can/want, hopefully 5+ days a week. -It will be high frequency, low volume training. --on really heavy days i'll only have 2-4 exercises and on less heavy days 3-6 exercises -rep ranges will vary. mostly low rep training, but some times i'll go high reps. on arm days it will all be high reps -I'm going to do a lot of speed work, like todays speed work (see post below). exercises will vary from the big lifts to oly lifts and their variations and even some plyometrics and sprinting. -i'll have days devoted to arms... on these days i'll probably do 3-4 exercises for bis and 2-3 exercises for tris. all work will be high rep/high intensity. -i'll use a somewhat wide varitey of different exercises, trying to PR on whatever i can. |

Right now i'm 179-180lbs @ about 15% bf -i'm going to work on cutting down to 10ish% bf. Week 1- Day 1- speed work!
WORKOUT
keep in mind this was all just for speed weight X sets X reps Hang Cleans- 95x4x2, 105x5x2 ~Super Setted With~ Speed Bench- 135x6x2 115x4x2 ______________________________________________ Ab Wheel- 8, 6, 5 trying to learn the form... was going to just do 5,5,5 as a place to start but added reps to work on form Super Setted With Box Jumps/Stair Jumps for speed- 5,5,5 (jumped onto 3rd stair up as quick as possible) that's all folks! today was just for some speed work |
