thanks for the posts guys
i hope to start up a new log with in the next few days i've been lifting at least 2-4 days a week... so i havent been doing absolutely nothing. havent been squatting like i should be and before yesterday i hadnt DL'd in months my lifts are still pretty close to same... none of these were maxes but pretty close- 300 squat pretty damn deep, 255 front squat deep, and yesterday 375 DL after not DLing in months hope to get back on a diet too as i've recently been getting a bit out of shape hopefully will have a log up before the week's over

Monday- upper strength Bench- 6x4 (sets X reps) Seated Shoulder Press- 3x6 Dips- BW x will slowly add reps then soon start adding weight Tuesday- Lower Strength Front Squats- 5x3 Deadlifts- work up to 3x3 Cable Row- 4x6-8 DB curls- 3x10 Thursday- Upper Hypertrophy Incline Bench- 4x6 DB bench- 2x10 DB military Press- 3x8 Cable Tricep Pushdowns- 4x8-12 Friday- Lower Hypertrophy Squats-3x5 BB Row-4x6 Leg Press- 3x8 Chin Ups- 2x6-8 EZ bar curl- 3x8-10
