Nice work on the presses Kman. I don't care for the chest supported T-bat either. Takes the leverage out of the lift for me.

WORKOUT
today was a great workout, but apparently all the spotters in the world got together and decided whenever they spotted me they would touch the bar. Squat- the bar was bent and it kept rolling funny on my back. 135x5, 185x3, 225x3, 245x3, 275, 295, 305x1(pr to depth), i feel like i could have went a little heavier, but my spotter touched the bar some and i didn't want to go up if i wasnt even 100% sure i had done the last setIncline Bench- 135x5, 155x3, 165x3, 175x3, 185x2, 185x2, 195x1, 165x4, 165x5 ... then i left, although i was killing it i wasnt feeling it and my spotters were pissing me off

i feel you on the whole not dropping it thing. i stopped doing power cleans at my old gym because of it but at my new gym i have bumper plates
