I'll definitely have to do them on bench press day. My entire back is sore (muscularly) from my workout yesterday! I've never had that happen before, and i haven't been this sore (or sore at all) since I started taking xtend. Actually, now that I'm thinking about it, I was sore after my bench press day too. Weird...

I like dumbbell rows a bit better as well. The back strain is lessened.

That sounds like its a good thing, I'll use DB. What do you think of alternating BB Incline and DB incline every other week on bench press day? Bad idea? Should I just stick with BB? The only reason I ask is I'm interested in seeing what I can do. But if it is a bad idea I won't do it.

Military Press Day
90 X 5 95 X 5 105 X 10 60 X 10 (5 Times) Rear Delt Flyes 75 X 10 (5 Times) Notes Everything felt easy today. The weight all felt too light. My military presses were strict. Wasn't really feeling anything as I was leaving the gym. Starting to workout in the gym at my college tomorrow. Looked around today, and it's freaking awesome I'm pretty excited because it's FREE
