ATG Squats
135 X 6 185 X 4 225 X 2 Leg Press (without the weight of the sled) 450 X 4 360 X 6 270 X 8 Front Squats 135 X 6 135 X 4 135 X 6 Leg Extensions 90 X 20 90 X 20 90 X 20 Reverse Hacks 270 X 6 360 X 4 450 X 4 (PR) Leg Curls 70 X 30 100 X 20 No rest in between those two sets. Calf Work Notes Wow, this was a great workout. I was waddling out of the gym after I was finished, and it was in less than an hour. I had never gone so deep in my squats before, and I hadn't done front squats in probably 6 months so that took some getting used to. I'm very happy with my workout today, and I didn't remember until just now that I wanted to go for a squat PR, but this workout made up for it.
