Notes
Wow, this was a great workout. I was waddling out of the gym after I was finished, and it was in less than an hour. I had never gone so deep in my squats before, and I hadn't done front squats in probably 6 months so that took some getting used to. I'm very happy with my workout today, and I didn't remember until just now that I wanted to go for a squat PR, but this workout made up for it.

Awesome awesome awesome workout today. Saw some buddies at the gym and asked if they wanted to workout with me and it just made it intense as hell. I was pushing them hard and it was making me want to go hard. There were 3 of us and we got all this done in 1 hour and 4 minutes so that wasn't bad. As I'm typing this I can already feel it in my back. Shoulders tomorrow.
