Supersetting is quite useful. I like it because I usually don't have a whole lotta time and it makes me feel more productive than resting the entire time.

Stupid work internet was down, so I couldn't post this yesterday.
Grade: A Time: 60 min Notes: Good stuff. I got a huge squat triple PR and a saturation set. I also tried weighted pull-ups for the first time, those suck in a good way.
