Abs & Cardio:
Followed each set of abs with a 84' farmer's walk (55# each hand w/fat gripz)
warmup w/25 incl. situps on 3rd/middle position, 25 side bends, and 25 ab wheel
16 incl. situps w/25 lbs on 1st/lowest position, 50 side bends, and 50 ab wheel

Very low, basically a deadlift but used pins to keep weight from hitting ground in place of bumpers.
Abs & Cardio:
Followed each set of abs with a 84' farmer's walk (65 lb dumbellsin each hand)
warmup w/25 incl. situps on 2nd/middle rung, 25 side bends, and 25 ab wheel
16 incl. situps w/25 lbs on 1st/lowest rung, 50 side bends, and 50 ab wheel
16 incl. situps w/25 lbs on 2nd rung, 50 side bends, and 50 ab wheel
14 incl. situps w/25 lbs on 3rd rung, 50 side bends, and 50 ab wheel
8 incl. situps w/25 lbs on 4th/highest rung, 50 side bends, and 50 ab wheel

Now I'm hungry, but don't feel like cookin' so I think I'm just gonna throw eggs, milk, yogurt, fruit, and whey in a blender.

Thanks Steve. I've also been debating investing in some straps for deads. I know for powelifting it's not ideal, but my goal is more physique right now so I think I could pull more thereby recruiting more back muscles and slapping some more beefcake on my backside with straps.
