Thanks G. Tmorrow I got a treat for everyone. I'm gonna do some improvised/strongman stuff with a wire spool and a wheelbarrow and I'll video it.

It was very awkward to grip... I had to grab the edges, clean it up, and then shift one of my hands for the press. It only weighs 65 lbs, but it felt like alot more just because of how awkward it was. And the music is Titan Force... also added them to my Man Cardio vid
