I feel deadlifts alot in my hamstrings. When im at the starting position i make sure that i feel tension in my hamstrings and my body gets really tight. As I stand up, chest up all the way and work on hips coming through. After a killer deadlifting session i feel it down my whole posterior chain.

Forget about the comment I made I wasn't feeling it in my hammies, the next day they were sore. Felt really good. I do plan to workout today later, got a lot to do today and this week, so I will hopefully update later on.

I know how you feel man. It's been tough getting my workouts in lately but I manage. The thing that helps me a lot is knowing how much weaker I will get if I skip workouts. The hardest part is just getting your ass up and getting in the gym once you're there everything usually just falls together like you're in heaven.
