Forget about the comment I made I wasn't feeling it in my hammies, the next day they were sore. Felt really good. I do plan to workout today later, got a lot to do today and this week, so I will hopefully update later on.

It's pretty bad that I got a home gym and I still sometimes can't get a workout in. I have been busy, school starting next week and have a job offer. I felt the urge to workout tonight so here is the workout to free my mind from the busyness.

I know how you feel man. It's been tough getting my workouts in lately but I manage. The thing that helps me a lot is knowing how much weaker I will get if I skip workouts. The hardest part is just getting your ass up and getting in the gym once you're there everything usually just falls together like you're in heaven.
