Well, I think yesterdays workout might have been a waste, after I worked out I went out for the night and partied a bit but oh well, think I might workout today though.

Just got done lifting, watched bodygammas instructional video for deadlift, seemed helpful, but seems as if I wasn't really feeling it in the hammies? Maybe I am doing it wrong or maybe its just the little weight? Not sure but I did buy an awesome stereo to listen to when I am lifting. Just got to get some good songs to listen to when I lift. Another note is that my shoulder has been killing me just my right one, but it seems it didn't really affect my lifts, so i think i might have it checked out.

nice man, if youre working on form i'd suggest video taping yourself. video taping myself has done wonders for me it really shows you what youre doing and you really cant tell how you look while youre actually lifting. nice workout! also if you video tape it post it up here!!!!!!!

I don't really feel deadlifts much in the hammies. Keep working on the form and add weight when you can. It will all come together.
