I received an e-mail from Steve the other day and thought I would swing on by! I just got back into the swing of things I would say 2-3 weeks ago. I've been tracking it on my phone with an app called Full Fitness on the App Store. It is pretty legit so I don't have to have a pen and paper each time. I'll just give an update of my workout plan:

Squat 3x8
Bench 3x8
Barbell Row 3x8
Reverse EZ-Bar Curl 3x8
B
Deadlift 3x8
Seated Overhead Press 3x8
Reverse Barbell Row 3x8
Close Grip Bench Press 3x8
Current #'s as of now, Squat 175x3x8, Bench 110x3x8 (I know its light weight but decided to start slow), Row 80x3x8, Deadlift 175x3x8, Seated Overhead Press 80x3x8.
I think the reason I give up so easily is that I beat myself up A LOT for not making all of the reps, I know I can't do that and told myself that this time. Also another thing is time, but I got all of July and August to hopefully stick with it before school starts back up. Only 3 semesters left hopefully if all goes planned!
