@ strkout35 - I can row 135's for 8 but 24 didnt have 135 + I am going to pull next time 140 or 150's for reps...My back got strong as HELL while I was on West Side my Highest numbers for back are
Pull UPs - max 25 reps DeadLifts - 500 probably could pull 510 Cable pull downs 210 or more, I know I can pull like 250 but I want to do it clean Low Pull 300 and more probably could do 400 but the machine does not go that high, Gonna rigg it though to pull 400+ Bent Over BB Row - 200 very clean Supported T-bar row - 220 clean, 240 shady, 250 really shady Hyperextensions - body weight like a pimp, 45lb plate AT 20 clean, 50lb plate to 15,100lb weight vest @ 3 sets at 20 reps

Leg Adventure today/Calves/Abs
Body Squats "Warm Up" 3 x 20 1) Squats for mega Reps 100lbsx1 setx100 reps 2) Step Ups A) Set 1 - Left leg 100 steps, Right Leg 100 step B) Set 2 - Explosive - 25 steps each leg C) Same as 2 - 25 each leg 3) Pistols - 3 sets @ 12 reps each leg 4) Zecher Squat for Reps 115x12 120x12 125x12 5) walking lunges - 3 x 12 both legs 6) Stiff leg deads - Should have taking the day off. Lower back was weak from dead lifting Tuesday 135x12 120x12 100x12 7) Calf raise 500x12 550x12 555x12 8) Crunches - 3 x100 9) Leg Lifts on the bench so I could go real deep 3x30

Thursday work- biceps and triceps. Just feel the weight move with slow controled movements, very clean with awesome form
1) DB curls 30x12 35x12 50x5/x5 30x12 2) close grip bench press 100x15 115x12 125x12 135x12 150x12 160x12 3) bb curls with db hammer curl super set bb curls - 50x15/ 60x12/70x12 db hammers- 25x12/12/12 4) skullcrushers 50x15 60x12 70x12 80x12 90x10 5) ez curls with open grip for burn out and forearms 50x15/12/12 6) dips 1x30 1x25 1x25 1x20 1x15 |
