I will be putting on a singlet this weekend. That's as close as I get to tights or bras.

Very good stretching session afterwards. I'm beginning to notice some improvement in my right glute. I'm gonna hit the shower and stretch out again.

Great lifting Val, super strong deadlifts and good to see someone else doing their GM's with a wide stance. I get a real good stretch in the hammies this way AND it seems a bit easier on the lower back

Thank you Carl. I edited my journal for yesterday's session. I actually did 3 sets of GM's. The wide stance is easier on the nurts too.

Thank you, BTB. I had a couple more deads in the tank, but I remember the last time I ran 5/3/1 I set the bar too high, and was having to do mad reps (10+) on my max deadlift sets. I'm playing more conservative this time around and letting things come to me.
