Nice workout Big D. You train with a partner? Just wondering how the training to failure was working out for you, and if you had to seek out a spotter or had someone doing it with you.

Monday Workout: Lower Body

EZ Bar Curls: 80 x 10+3+2= 15 (Will probably go up in weight next time around)

Alt DB Incline Hammer Curls (straight set): 30x13

Leg Press Calf: 4 PL ea. side x 10

Leg Press (narrow stance-straight set): Worked up to heavy set of 6 PL x 5..WM 4 PL x 23

SL Leg Curl: (R): 45 lbsx13+6+4 *static (L): 45 lb x13+5+4 *static (will be increasing weight next time

ABS

The negatives from DC are really working me in a way i haven't felt in a long time. My calfs felt like they were on fire! On the calf exercises its performed with 5 second negative and hold the stretch for 15 seconds..during the last couple reps you just gotta embrace the pain.

Sadly i dont have a spotter and i don't really like asking people to help me..so ive been using mostly machines like the Hammer Strength, or setting the pins up for squats, etc. But if i have a friend there who's also working out i'll ask them.

Some of my friends that i go to the gym with always give me a hard time because of the style of DC, they are thinking im not doing enough..especially if i want to gain more size. I just laugh, and continue on my way..sticking with DC for awhile. I like the idea of trying to beat my Log Book.

Beauty.

Stick with it until you crash and burn. If you eat right, you'll be amazed at what you can gain. It really is a drag not to have a constant training partner to help you with forced reps and negatives, but good things can still be done. I fly solo too, and really prefer it that way.

T-Alpha/Mass Addiction Stack Update:

I've been keeping up with my stack taking the Mass Addiction and T-Alpha and prescribed. My feelings on the stack isn't much. This is coming up on my second week of the stack and havent really noticed much from it. Energy wise, not much..strength..not much..size...maybe because im just eating like an animal..but not to sure what to make of this stack yet. But im still going to continue forward and maybe it will kick in later....
