Just slow and steady. I don't wanna go too hard and do sprints, just using the cardio for overall health and to be able to not lose my wind during sets. I may incorporate some sprints, but nothing too intense.

Ah okay ive been thinking about this too recently, figured i just do some sandbag carrying and such on my off days.
