Warm up.. Deadlift (power): 140kg x 4 140kg x 4 140kg x 4 Barbell rows (muscle): 60kg x 12 65kg x 12 65kg x 12 Lat pull down (muscle): 50kg x 12 55kg x 10 50kg x 12 Seated cable row (burn): 30kg x 30 -- 40kg x 40 Seated calf raise (muscle): 25kg x 12 30kg x 12 Today we only had one hour at the gym.. (HATE it when people aint following the routines we set!) But was a good day! ![]() Happy saturday MAB!

By the way, ive been reading about different diets, but just gets misunderstanding when i read all the strange words (their to technical). Any tips on how i can get less fat on my stomage? All my other body parts are good..

I really don't care about diets, i just do cardio 3 days a week and and abs every two or three days a week. This really helps me reduce fat from stomach.
