I'm actually NOT counting anything! lol its not the greatest.... I've gained a lot of weight, but I think they are around 2200-2300... lil above my maintenance. Since my divorce I'm going out to eat or eating with my BF's family more and its hard to count cals when I don't know what his mom is putting in it! lol I'd like to loose a little weight, but I'm ok with myself right now. I like having the strength for sure!
