Haven't worked out in 12 days due to a swollen quad, today felt weak. Just did whatever i felt like.
Deadlift 135 x 8, 185 x 8, 225 x 8, 275 x 8, 315 x 10 Barbell Curls 65 x 10, 75 x 10, 85 x 10, 100 x 10 EZ Bar - Reverse Curls 50 x 10, 60 x 10, 70 x 10 Overhead Cable Curls 30 x 15, 40 x 15, 50 x 15 Dumbbell Curls - Drop Sets 1st set = 35 x 10, 25 x 10, 20 x 10 2nd set = 40 x 6, 30 x 6, 25 x 6, 20 x 6

That's still a huge deadlift set. Any major pain with the quad issue?

Definitely got weak. Speed was too slow on both Deadlift & Box Squats. Did Biceps between leg workouts.
Deadlift warm ups....135 x 5, 185 x 5, 225 x 5, 275 x 5 1st set = 315 x 5 2nd set = 360 x 5 3rd set = 405 x 3 4th set = 405 x 2 + 1 miss Barbell Curl - Slow Motion 65 x 10, 75 x 10, 85 x 10, 95 x 10 Light Box Squats - 10 inch 135 x 5, 185 x 5, 225 x 5, 245 x 5, 275 x 3 Incline Concentrated Dumbbell Curls 20 x 15, 25 x 15, 30 x 10, 35 x 10 Seated Incline Dumbbell Curl 20 x 9, 25 x 9, 30 x 9, 35 x 9, 40 x 5 Did 5 sets, 15 to 10 reps each on Leg Extension & Reverse Leg Extension. Alternated Dumbbell Curls 25 x 10, 30 x 10, 35 x 10 Did 5 sets of 15 to 10 reps, slow motion seated + standing Calf raises.
