DOMS: 7/10 Training: 8/10 DAY:Light Day NOTES: Great day today! Still getting used to ramping up the weights and such, so I ended up doing the same weight for 2 sets of deadlifts...I'll start out a little lighter next week to avoid doing that again. I can definitely pull more if I had straps, but I don't use those anymore for my deadlifts at all, so my weight went down a little due to grip. I need to get some chalk. Other than that, was a good day. However, my shoulders are sort of weak...feels bad, man. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Squats: (ATG) 95 lbs, 1x5 115 lbs, 1x5 135 lbs, 1x5 135 lbs, 1x5 Deadlifts: 150 lbs, 1x5 170 lbs, 1x5 190 lbs, 1x5 190 lbs, 1x5 (Lower back was still a bit sore from Monday's workout.) Push Press: 55 lbs, 1x5 65 lbs, 1x5 70 lbs, 1x5 75 lbs, 1x5 Chin-Ups: (4 seconds on the way up, 4 seconds on the way down) 1x4 1x4 1x4 (These were super strict form, veryyy slow) Decline Weighted Sit-ups: (raised on top of 4 stacked plates) 35 lbs, 1x10 35 lbs, 1x10 35 lbs, 1x10 -------------------------------------------------------------------------- It would really help to have music, too. I wish my mp3 wasn't broken It really can affect my training if I don't have it.
