yup..just trying it out..i have a lot of time on my hand so i figure it;ll be a good experiment to see how much my body can take. so far..im feeling good. when i feel tired or i feel my body isnt it up a second workout for the day then i dont do it..otherwise if im feeling good and up for it i just charge it! Probably only gonna be doing this until i feel the overtraining set in if it does..who knows..

call it stupid...but great things have come through mistakes and experimenting.

Take this for what its worth, I love 2 work out a day, Hell when I am doing MMA I work out 2 times a day all the time, but man drink a lot of water and hit a lot of protein.

After I work out 2 times, I make sure to hit the Vitamin c mix in my water and look out for joint damage.

I use to suffer, then again I was working out 2 times for 2 hours each window

Other then that have at it!

Are you training for anything specific?

That's what it's all about. You only learn by doing.

Yea it was like bench day today in the gym. Usually when I lift it's pretty empty. But today was crazy so I just did incline. Was gonna do floor press but that couldn't happen. Then was just gonna do regular bench. That was no go. So yea. Gotta do what you gotta do. Overall it was a good lifting session.

Monday Workout (PM) - BACK
Pin Pulls (At knees)
275x6reps
315x6
335x6
365x5 Felt my upper back round slightly
365x4 last rep felt good but felt the 5th rep would not be quality..so i stopped

This is where i get irritated. Next exercises were supposed to be reverse grip cable rows supersetted with wide grip lat pulldowns w. 2 sec. squeeze

Im not gonna post my weights here because i ended up chasing around a back machine, whenever i left an area someone swooped in and ended up standing there, so i just worked on my back for awhile then called it the day. hahah..main thing i got my pin pulls in. starting off slow on them. got legs tomorrow in the morning!!! time to recover and get ready to hit it hard again.
