45x10 95x5 135x3 155x2 180x5/5/5 Bench 45x8 95x4 115x3 135x5/5/5 BB Rows 65x8 95x5 115x5/5/5 Workout Grade: A Weights felt great especially squats. knee wasn't aching as much as last week so that's a plus
