first day back in the gym...........
Bench Press 185x8 205x6 225x6 235x4 245x3 255x2 265x1 with 1 more assisted 185x15 Pec Dec 220x10 for 3 sets incline iso machine 115 on each side for numerous reps and few sets diet has been delicious.......... breakfast i had oatmeal, shake lunch i had arby's(4 jr roast beefs and two value fries) love that dollar menu dinner i had 3 overstuffed beef taco's and some left over birthday cake snacks i have had like 3 granola bars and snack size cheese its and oreo's and some various other things. man i love bein off the diet! |

Goin' for that October show, eh? Sounds great. Just a little more size will do you nicely. I think you were conditioned enough the other day, but I also think your frame could carry a few more pounds...if you do it proper. Take your vitamins and listen to your trainer. I have a feeling she could kick your arse if she wanted to.

you know when i first went to see her i was completely shocked at how big she really was and i told you guy's she was huge, but until you see her i don't think anyone really believes you.
you know the great thing is they say the conditioning gets better with every show. so i should look better in oct. and as far as the size i got 30lbs of muscle i plan on putting on this frame..........were just gettin started! |
