First day back at the gym today. Back and Biceps today. I was feeling good and rested.
Deadlifts 225 X 10 275 X 4 275 X 4 275 X 4 315 X 1 (Tied PR) Pull Ups BW - 28 X 8 BW-22 X 6 BW-16 X 4 V-Bar Cable Rows 160 X 8 180 X 8 190 X 6 (PR) 200 X 6 (PR) Wide Grip Rows 160 X 6 (PR) 170 X 4 (PR) 120 X 10 BB Wide Grip Curl 65 X 8 75 X 6 BB Close Grip Curl 65 X 8 75 X 6 Overall, this was a good workout. Got some PRs. It's good to be back.
