Time: 1h20 Comments: Killer pump in all upper body, 4 months since ive been working out this way, done low rep/high weight all that time so this is a nice change, looking forward to set PRs next heavy block! #1 Inc BP 6x110 wrmup 12x155 10x165 8x180 #2 Flat BP 5x110 8x180 8x180 8x200 #3 Seated DB Presses 10x60 9x70 7x70 #4 BHN PP 12x90 10x135 10x135 - These felt heavy after benching and squating yesterday. #5 Skullcruschers 12x90 12x90 12x90 #6 Superseted Pec-Dec/Side laterals for bloodflow 12+12 3 sets Pre workout had a big meal, rice and chicken, creamsauce and 3 scoops of no-explod Post workout big piece of cake, 1 liter wholemilk with proteinpowder, glut and creatine.

Thanks bro! Mass FX u mean? Still 2 weeks to go, then ill be done with a 8 w cycle it works pretty well, got good strength gains during this period, and lower bf without losing weight or changing diet at all.
