Mixed w/o today, was in sick yesterday and still felt quite bad today but figured i should go work out anyway. W/o was the worst in months but well all days cant be good days..
Squats 12x110 warmup 17x200 i was finished after 17 BP superseted with DB flyes 6 sets 200x4->10x25 180x6->10x25 150x8->10x25x3 Inc BP 3 sets 8x150 DB standing shoulder press 2 sets 8x30 8x40 French press superseted with rope pulldowns 4 sets 10x80->10x30 Then did ab chrunches for 15 mins or so and went home, pain in joints and muscles better rest some more after illness next time, doh!

Great back w/o today!
Started with deads 10x130 10x225 10x310 5x400 3x400 Felt real good with this weight so figured i would go for new PR. 1x450 PR 1!Went up easy 1x460 PR 2! Probably didnt looked so good but i got it up, locked it and held it for 10s 12x310 Cable pulldowns, 30 s rest between sets 5x110 5x130 5x150 5x170 12x110 Cable rows, 45 s rest between sets 8x200 8x210 8x220 8x230 8x240 BB Rows 8x110 8x150 4x200 Shrugs 30x110 30x150 30x150 10x150 with squeese-hold 8-10 s on top Preachers curls 10x90 8x95 8x95 Was a kickass w/o today! Going for a 500 dead within a couple o months. Thanks for feedback on my log guys!
