28/1 KING LIFTS Comments: Great lifting. The time away from the weights have done me good in terms off recovery, back feels great and I could even handle some semi-manly weight on the deadlift today. Have lost a lot of weight (5kg's) the last 3 weeks so im now belog 100kg's, making me feel skinny and small :P Strength is still ok atleast and will eat my way back up starting next week. Awesome training today, felt very smooth and form was super. Cleans from hang 3x60kg 3x80kg 1x90kg 1x100kg -PR 0x105kg -I had doubts, so i missed. Squat, oly "ATG" 5x60kg 3x80kg 3x100kg 3x120kg 1x135kg 1x140kg 2x3x120kg *Still taking it very easy on the squat, Im weaker on my right side (due to the injury) so I wont go even close to a weight I cant handle with proper form. 140kg's very smooth and stable so settled for that, its more than ive squatted in a couple of months I think so it was fine. Also I did not use a belt today, have been using one for all sets above 100-120kg to play it safe but there was no use today. Progress. Sumo Deadlifts 8x60kg 3x100kg 3x140kg 3x160kg 5x180kg - Very light, very stable and fast. Good to handle some semi-manly weight from the floor again =) *Once again played it safe and did not go higher, this is the most ive deadlifted for a LONG time so im satisfied with the 180kg set. Closegrip Bench, 1s paus 3x60kg 3x80kg 3x102.5kg 3x110kg -PR 1x115kg -PR 0x120kg -Fail at lockout.

Great to see you coming back healthy and strong. You are very smart not to rush back to the huge weights, just letting it happen. You'll know when to push it.

Strong work as always Swede. I see you have one of the older constant logs on here at 21 or so months. How much progress have you made buddy? Logs like this help teach me that patience and hard work will eventuall win out.

I think ive made great progress in terms of mass and overall strength, but Ive also learned (the hard way) to rush it slow and to be patient rather than go for "idiot PRs" =) And yes, be patient and work hard, and also make sure you challange yourself at all times and have fun!
