Monday I will leave for Copenhagen to go on staff training! It will be hard but damn fun, study schedule is from 9:00-9:00 every day for 2-4 weeks so i wont have much time to lift other than during weekends. This will be the longest period of rest from trainins in over 2 years, and i think it will do me good to get some time away from the weights, get motivation up to 110% and come back crushing! 5/1 Cleans and Presses
Comments: Today was great. Kept the volume low and worked on my clean and press. Did a thing i picked up from Pendlay's blog, "shankle complex" witch consists of -1 deadlift, 3 clean pulls , 1 clean from hang and 2 jerks, but im doing push presses instead of jerks. This is really challangeing since the upper back and for me also the grip are pretty smoked from the clean pulls once its time to clean. Smoked my bw for 1 set today an im pleased with that, it was and awesome set. Shankle playing around with 200kg's, beastly. Clean and Push Press Complex *1 set is 1 pull from ground, 3 clean pulls, 1 hang clean and 2 pp'es warmup with bar 1x60kg 1x70kg 1x80kg 1x80kg 1x90kg 1x95kg -pr 1x97.5kg -pr 1x100kg -PR (also hang clean PR) Powerclean 2x100kg Lying EZ Tri extensions 3x12x40kg
