Was squat day today but having a eat-and-rest bonus day instead, sore in whole upperbody and lower back in particular so decided to rest until saturday and then go real heavy in the squat rack. Figure i will do the 11 sets of squats leg workout again, felt really good when i did that last time

Squats Warmup 10x110 8x225 8x225 8x225 3x270 3x270 3x270 3x270 3x270 5x240 5x240 5x240 GM's 10xbar 8x110 8x110 8x90 Burn/supersets of leg extensions and seated legcurls 20x110->20x90, no rest 20x110->20x90, no rest 10x110->10x90 Squats was really good and went as deep as possible on all reps. W/o time was 1h15 mins apx. Went to McD and grabbed some cheeseburgers when done at the gym, drank 1 liter of milk with whey protein and now im going to sleep for a couple o hours. Good weekend so far =)

Got alot of energy today so did some activities instead of resting, 1.5h walk in midday, and now in the evening did a small biceps workout at home, thought it would be a nice thing to finish the weekend of with a brutal pump and so i did. Brutal pump it was...
Straight bar curls dropsets warmup 20x60 8x110->12x60 8x110->12x60 8x110->12x60 8x110->12x60 8x110->12x60 8x110->12x60 21's (but always do 30's) 30x60 30x60 Reverse grip curls 20x60 20x60 Took maybe 20 minutes to finish and then hit the sauna for 30 mins, wheyprotein in milk, mineral drink and now sleeping time.
