No squating today im afraid. We use to hit the gym quite early saturday mornings and do 45 minutes of squatting and then just play around for a while, then go home, eat, sleep, eat, sleep until sunday. Today i worked 07.00-11.00 and started again now 1 h ago so today no eat-and-squat saturday for me and thats bothering me =) Gonna hit it hard monday though!

Chest w/o today. Smashed some PR's!
20 rep squat 10x155 warmup 14x230, went for 20, last 20 rep was 210, 6 to go will smash that next week. PR 1! Inc BP 8x200 6x220 PR 2! 4x230 PR 3! 2x240 PR 4! 1x255 PR 5! 1x265 - FAIL Flat BP 8x200 The following are PR's since shoulder injury 3 months ago 3x220 1x240 1x255 1x265 - FAIL DB Flyes 3 dropsets 50lb for 8 -> 22 lb for 8 Pec-Dec 3 dropsets of max-mid-low weight for 10-12 reps a set French press 8x100 for 3 sets 12x65 short rest for pump Bench is really on its way up after deload weak! Feels great with shoulder n all and form feelt very good too! Got a 300 bench in sight again and that brings hope for the future =)

those incline are killer, im even more impressed with the flat bench after all that incline work, seems like you got some good endurance with those numbers

Thanks guys! Gonna start with flat next time and se where i can take this, weights were just flying up through usual stickingpoints yesterday and that was damn satisfying to accomplish after doing 170-200 for reps for months! =)
