9/12 Bench assistance and rep work
Time: 1h20 Comments: Endurance are increasing good, something i had problems with on the push movements before. Good smashing today (again). #1 Flat bench, rep work, short rest 10x135 10x145 10x155 10x175 10x200 -rep PR? 10 bulldozer singles with 225, worked on legdrive and backarch. Paused/Explosive. #2 Standing Strict DB Presses, short rest 10x50's 8x60's 10x50's 10x50's 10x50's 10x50's *Sick shoulder pump from this #3 Rear delt raises 10x50's 8x75's - PR 5x95's - PR #4 CGBP ss with Pwr Cleans (form work) 10x135->10x100 10x145->10x100 10x155->10x100 *This was some exhausting shit, clean form was real shitty on the last reps to say the least =)

Btw im taking some days off. Im craving to go squat but cant at the moment, one neck vertabrae (at bar placement place) are swollen and very sore (surface bruising and wounds, hard tissue under the skin) hurting like hell to place the bar on it. Letting my chrio have a look at it and see if i need to consult a doctor but i rather not, they always sugests rest, rest and more rest, which i wont agree to anyway.
Also calf prevents me from going deep and right wrist is giving me problems. Time to heal up a bit and come back smashing again.
