did a light arm day today 8 sets for tris and bis, nothin too special

shoulder day
changed it up and hit shoulder press last, and also kept little rest between sets to get a good pump and to really beat them up. front lateral raise 4 sets 65-12 standing bent over rear delt raise 4 sets 40-12 cable side lateral raise 4 sets 32-16 reps first set, 12 second, 8 third, 8 fourth very little rest machine shoulder press 4 sets 225-10

hit legs today there was only 2 people in the gym lifting and they were both girl who were about 90 pounds so getting a spotter for squats was not gonna happen, still had an awesome leg day tho.
leg press (different type then im used to) total plates 2-25 4-20 6-16 8-16 12-12 Hack squat machine total plates 2-12 4-12 6-12 8-8 10-6 PR (prob could have banged out one of two with a spotter, but by this point my legs were so beat i didn't even need to) sldl light weight to just get a good stretch in 2 sets 135-16 4 sets cable crunchs 10-16

planned on hitting back and bi's, but hit back so hard that i couldn't
reverse dead h ang pull ups-holding it and the top8,8,6,6 last set -ss-s with reverse grip lat pulldown 110-12 one arm high hammer lat row 225-16 275-12 275-10 315-8 reverse grip dumbbell row-really liking this exercise, never felt a back exercise hit my back so hard 75-12 80-12 80-12 85-10 all the way bend over barbell row(so my back was almost parallel to the ground) 135-12 135-10 135-8 135-8 didn't really hit any really heavy weights but keeping my reps up and really focusing on contracting my back

just single arm like a normal db row but underhand, i like it better with a db too cuz u pull the db back further
