yeah those breathing shrugs are almost too much to do. The stretch and pump from it makes my traps feel like theyre gonna blow up haha

shoulders abs
db shoulder press 30-20 65-12 70-10 75-8 80-6 wide grip upright rows 95-16 145-10 135-10 95-12 hammer rear delt machine 40-12 for 4 sets side db raises 2 sets 30-12 hammer side delt -ss- plate raise 3 sets 40-12 -ss- 3 sets 45-6 cable crunchs 7 sets coulda gone heavier but had no spotter today, still a pretty good overall day tho

thanks man, i ate 3 and 1/2 pounds of lean ground beef yesterday cuz i ran outta chicken, and drank down 4 protein shakes, i just couldn't stop eating.

Leg day
squats 135-8 235-8 275-8 315-6-PR for reps 365-3 PR for weight leg curl 4 sets 130-12 leg extension 4 sets 130-12 short and sweet, legs just felt great today...felt good to finally throw that extra 25 on each side and bang out a couple reps...will try to hit the 415 mark for a rep next week
