Took the last 2 weeks off from the gym (did help several people move furniture and walk/ran in NYC for about 36 blocks) after 3 weeks of half calories. I dropped at least 4 lbs from that, but my energy went with it.
I started back on the Warrior Diet yesterday. Feels good already. A little hungry today but my energy is better. Have to get used to the big meal still. I am motivated to try and run a bit more, lift a bit less. For the next two weeks, I will run a mile 3x/week and train minimally 2x/week. Then I have a week of vacation. After that, will do the couch-to-5k running program and gradually increase the lifting intensity. That should last about 9 weeks ending right at my birthday in Nov. I will then take off from Thanksgiving to New Year's.
