Good workout yesterday. I was running around all day so I just did the burpees yesterday. 6 sets of the same 20s/10s.
Today was a pretty good workout. Saw a friend from way back in the day. Trying to gain strength and size, but the guy looks emaciated... Seems to need guidance. I may direct him towards this website. Anyways... Squats: 135x6, 185x6, 245 5x5 Seated OH Press: 55 3x5, 60 2x5 Bench press: 185 5x5 BOBB rows: 185 5x5 Then I crushed biceps. Just kept alternating [pronated first/supinated second] hands and kept going down with weight from 60 lbs to 20. |

About a minute and a half between each set normally, but a bit longer today due to helping the friend. Still got out of there in an hour and twenty minutes. The first couple sets of bench was a bit difficult, but basically tore through the last 3 sets no problem.

Current
Bench: 185 for 5x5 Squat: 245 for 5x5 Deadlift: 315 for 5x5 Goal Bench: 225 5x5 Squat: 315 5x5 Deadlift: 405 5x5 I know these are some pretty lofty goals, but taking into account my muscle memory gains, I think it'll be possible. I'll be able to devote the proper time and concentration for these goals without school being in the way. It's gonna be tough, but I can do it. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Today's workout: Leg press: 5 plates per side for 5, 7 2x5, 8 3x5 SLDL: 225x5, 275 4x5 Got a niiiiice stretch goin on for every rep, have no doubt. Dips: 50 4x5 1x3 1 arm DB rows: 90x5, 95x5, 100 3x5 Mood: Pissed the **** off. Saw and heard a trainer slamming the weight against the catches on the leg press machine next to me and pressing on his knees to get the weight up. ****ing loud as hell. If I owned the gym, I'd fire his ass. Tool. |

Weight (taken yesterday morning): 183.2
BF%: 23.7 Not worried about the increase, I think it has to do with being better hydrated. I had a horrible night's sleep last night, due to it being freaking boiling in my room when I didn't expect it to. The gyms are going to be closed by the time I get out of work, so I'm going to just lift on T, TH, and Sat. |

OK, so I helped my friend tear down his roof for about 3 hours yesterday, so I didn't bother lifting.
So I'm going to do my monday and wednesday workouts today and friday.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Today: Deadlift: 135, 225, and 315 for 5 for warmups. 365 for 5, 4, then 2. Then 315 for a quick 6. Incline DBBP: 70's for 5, then 85's for 5, then 75's for 3x5 Pullups: Still 4x5 for body weight, then hammer grip for another 5. I don't seem to be improving on these. Any ideas? Lateral raises: 25 lbs 3x12 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Notes: Freaking psyched getting up 365 and 85's for multiple reps. I'm not even using my Alpha-GPC yet! ![]() I feel as though the NO2 Black is helping me with my pumps, a lot. It's great!

Great job on those deadlifts.
Wish I had some advice on the pullups but I stink at them
