Ok, my workout today went well. Didn't use Jack3d, since burpees already make my heart feel like it's going to explode out of my chest, lol. Just had the Monster Amino and CM after my workout, no protein. Decided to have home made pizza my mom just made. Delicious!

Burpees- 15 on, 15 off for 8 sets.
Walking- 3.5 mph at no grade for about 55 minutes.

Definitely will be including an incline next time. Wanted to get a feel for where I'm at, and I am trying out my new Vibram FiveFingers.

AHHH! The study I'm workin on is so friggin awesome! The protocol is a bit much to explain, but if my buddy will let me, I'll put it in here when it's all said and done. Anyways, time to LIFT!

Finished my workout a while ago. Had 1 scoop of Jack3d 45 minutes prior.

Squats: 2 warm up sets: 135x5, 185x5, 225 for 5x5
DBOH press: warm up 20'sx8, 40'sx5,5,8,8,8
Bench Press: WU 135x5, then 155 for 5x5
BOBB rows: 115x5, 135x5, then 165 for 3x5

Monster Amino 5000 + 5g of CM right after my workout at the gym
1 scoop of ON's Chocolate Whey protein

Still a bit nauseous after my workout. Gonna eat some steak and a salad in a bit.

Had to work out tonight at 10 after work.

Leg press: 3 platesx8, 4 platesx8, 5 platesx8, 6 plates 5x5
SLDL: 225 5x5
Dips: 35 5x5
1arm DB rows: 90 5x5

Overall good workout. Got quite the blister on my foot though, so I wasn't able to get past the mental barrier to get more weight up on leg press.

Strong workout. It's been years since I had acces to a leg press and wouldn't mind giving that bugger a shot.

How long have you been training with a more full body approach and are you liking it? Sorry if you mentioned this before.

I actually don't like training with a full body split as much as WSBB, or a body part split, but for my current goals, I might as well. I think once I get to a point in my cardiovascular ability that I find pleasing, I'll go back to a body part split, or at least a push/pull/legs.

Took a chill pill for today, watchin a little retro Bond. You Only Live Twice.

Weighing in at 180.8, 22.4% BF. I had the setting messed up on the scale. So in actuality, it is very accurate. Started using the NO2 and a few grams of ALCAR today. I have been insatiably hungry!!!

Great workout today! Took 2 scoops of Jack3d and happy with the results.

Deadlift: 135x5, 225x5, 315 5x5
Incline DBBP: 65x5, 70 2x5, 75 2x5
Pullups: 4x5, hammer gripx5
lateral raises: 25 3x12

Edit: My shoulder feels great too, no pain whatsoever. Can't wait to really crank up the intensity.
